Workforce Development

Greater KC Region Chapter of NUCA has a Workforce Development Committee that is working to create pipeline of qualified candidates for the utility construction industry. Their initiatives include introducing school-age kids to the industry at Constructing Careers Day, coordinating with colleges and university construction programs in the area, partnering with organization to disseminate available career opportunities.
